During training yesterday, Jo and Yujing cried. It is awful to see your teammate break down in tears because they feel like theyre not up to standard/letting the team down for not pushing themselves even harder when they put in their all every training already. It sucks big time.

Listening to Luke's band's single now (its quite awesome theyre gonna go perform in aussie soon!) while attempting to concentrate on Kinetics tutorial due tomorrow. Stupid small boy's quitting canoeing. In other words I'm not gonna see him around at BR anymore. Too many people taking the exit from my life recently and I don't really like that.
